GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear designed and developed by the joint design group of the two ministries according to the requirements of the competent departments of the industry, power users and design units, which conforms to the national conditions, has high technical performance indexes, is able to adapt to the needs of the development of the power market, and is able to compete with the existing imported products. This device has been widely used by power users.
The device is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries. In large-scale plants, petrochemical systems and other places with high degree of automation and requirements for interface with computers, it is used as a low-voltage complete power distribution device for power distribution, centralized control of motors and reactive power compensation in power generation and power supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) HZ, a rated working voltage of 380V (400), (660), and a rated current of 4,000A and below.

Structural features
The main frame of the device is made of 8MF section steel, and the frame is assembled and partially welded. The main frame is equipped with module holes E=20mm.
The functional rooms of the device are strictly separated, and the compartments are mainly divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms and cable rooms; the functions of each unit are independent of each other.
Functional units:
The modulus of the drawer height is 160 mm. is in five sizes: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 unit, 2 unit and 3 unit. The rated current of the unit circuit is 630A or less.
The drawer cover varies only in height, the width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. Drawers of the same functional unit are .
Each MCC cabinet can be fitted with up to 11 1-unit drawers or 22 1/2-unit drawers. Drawers with more than one unit have multifunction rear panels.
The drawer inlet and outlet wires use different number of pieces of the same specification piece structure of the connector according to the current size.
The adapter between the unit drawer and the cable compartment is graded according to the current, using the same size bar or tube structure ZJ-I type adapter.
Drawer panels have distinctive markings for the positions of split, close, test, and pull-out.
The drawer units are equipped with mechanical interlocking devices.
