GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, factories, mines and other power users of AC 50Hz, voltage 400V, distribution system, as power, lighting and power distribution equipment for power conversion, distribution and control.
The product complies with IEC439 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB7251 "Low-voltage switchgear" and other standards.
▶ Environmental conditions of use
1, the surrounding ambient temperature is not higher than +40 ℃, not lower than -5 ℃, the average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than +35 ℃.
2. The altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.
3, the relative humidity of the surrounding air at a maximum temperature of +40 ℃ does not exceed 50%, at lower temperatures allow for greater , (such as +20 ℃ for 90%) should be taken into account due to changes in temperature may occasionally produce the effects of condensation;
4, the equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and shock, seismic intensity of less than 8 degrees, as well as insufficient to make the electrical components to the place of corrosion;
5、Users have special requirements can be negotiated with the company to solve the problem.
▶▶ Structural characteristics
The cabinet of GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of universal cabinet, the frame is  of 8MF cold-formed steel partially welded or assembled, and the frame parts and special supporting parts are produced and supplied by our company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The parts of the universal cabinet are designed according to the principle of modularization, and there are 20-mold mounting holes, with a high coefficient of universality. It can make the factory realize pre-production, which not only shortens the manufacturing cycle, but also improves the production efficiency.
When GGD cabinet is designed, the heat dissipation problem in the operation of the cabinet is fully considered. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet, when the heat of the electrical components inside the cabinet rises, it will be discharged through the slots at the upper end, and the cold air will be continuously added into the cabinet by the slots at the lower end, so that the sealed cabinet will form a natural ventilation channel from the bottom up to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
In accordance with the requirements of modern industrial product modeling design, GGD cabinet adopts the method of golden section ratio to design the cabinet shape and partition size of each part, which makes the whole cabinet beautiful and generous. The door of the cabinet is connected with the frame by a pivot type movable hinge, which is easy to install and remove. The folded edge of the door is embedded with a mountain-shaped rubber plastic strip, when the door is closed, the embedded strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which prevents the door from colliding with the cabinet directly and improves the protection level of the door.
The instrument door with electrical components is connected to the frame with a multi-strand copper wire. The mounting parts inside the cabinet are  to the frame with knurled washers, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection system. The top cover of the cabinet can be dismantled when needed, which is convenient for assembling and adjusting the main busbar on site, and the four corners of the top of the cabinet are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and transportation.
The protection class of the cabinet is IP31, users can choose between IP20-IP40 according to the requirements of the environment.
