35kV PV/wind power new energy use Chinese box transformer combines the advantages of European box transformer and American box transformer, and its high and low voltage rooms are equivalent to European box transformer devices and installation structure. The color of appearance is in harmony with the environment. The paint spraying of the shell is even, resistant to sunshine, corrosion and sand, with strong adhesion, and the protection grade of the product can reach IP54.
The high-voltage room contains high-voltage feeder cabinet, high-voltage feeder cabinet, transformer feeder cabinet, etc. The high-voltage cabinet normally adopts the standard high-voltage ring network cabinet, which is the same as the European type, and is convenient for replacement and maintenance. The transformer adopts oil-immersed transformer, which is exposed in the air and has good heat dissipation effect. Only oil-immersed transformers can be used, and the transformer capacity can reach more than 6300kVA. The low-voltage room is equipped with low-voltage main cabinet, low-voltage outlet cabinet, communication and monitoring cabinet, control power transformer and so on.
The high-voltage room, transformer and low-voltage room of Chinese box variable are normally arranged in the shape of "Pin", and the transformer is exposed in air, so the heat dissipation effect is good. Can also be high-voltage room and low-voltage room distributed on both sides of the transformer, into the "eye" zigzag arrangement.
