▶ System Components
The main components of the containerized substation for shore power of 10kV terminal ships include: primary power distribution equipment, secondary control and protection equipment, automated intelligent management equipment, auxiliary control equipment, prefabricated cabin and auxiliary systems.
1. Primary power distribution equipment can be used: KYN28A-12 type 10kV center-mounted cabinet, HXGN-12(L) type SF6 inflatable ring network cabinet and so on. Including: station transformer cabinet, inlet cabinet, metering cabinet, main cabinet, PT cabinet, outlet cabinet, etc. The primary inlet and outlet methods adopt cable downward inlet and outlet.
2, the secondary control and protection equipment including: measurement unit, protection control unit, AC and DC power supply screen.
3、Automation intelligent management equipment includes: communication equipment screen, backstage monitoring screen, comprehensive screen, etc. It carries out intelligent and automated management of the power station system and real-time monitoring of the backstage. It carries out intelligent and automatic management of the power station system and real-time monitoring of the background.
4, auxiliary control equipment including: video surveillance, fire monitoring and alarm, lighting control, temperature and humidity monitoring, temperature control system control, voice telephone. According to the need, can also add intrusion detection, flood detection and other functions.
5. The prefabricated module adopts the container type prefabricated module, which is convenient for transportation and lifting, and the auxiliary systems include: lighting, ventilation and air-conditioning.

1. The high-voltage room, transformer room, low-voltage control room, etc. of the shore power containerized substation are in a zigzag plan, and the rooms are completely separated by partitions to meet the protection level of each room.
2. Shore power containerized substation adopts containerized prefabricated cabin box, which is convenient for overall transportation and lifting.
3, container-type prefabricated cabin box in veneer insulation material selection is wider: rock wool composite panels, polyurethane composite panels, magnesium sulfide composite panels, silica rock panels, bamboo fiber buckled panels, aluminum composite panels, as well as aluminum plate keel decoration.
4、Containerized prefabricated cabin box outer door frame are treated with sealing strips, the protection level can reach IP55.
5、Containerized prefabricated cabin box with operation channel, maintenance corridor door, outwardly open escape fire door, assembled with internal and external convenient to open the "push-bar" safety escape door lock, easy to escape from the inside of the push-open, high security.
