GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is widely used in power plants, substations, factories, mines and high-rise buildings in power distribution centers PC and motor control centers MCC,   as a low-voltage complete set of distribution equipment for power distribution, motor centralized control and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems with AC 50~60Hz, rated working voltage of 660V and below, and rated current of 6300A and below.

The basic cabinet frame of this series of products is a combined assembly structure, all the structural parts of the cabinet are connected with each other through screws to form a basic framework, and then doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, mounting brackets, and bus bars and electrical components and other parts are added as needed to form a complete switchgear cabinet, which has the following features:
1. The cabinet frame is made of profiled steel, utilizing three-dimensional angle plate positioning, bolted connection without welding structure, thus avoiding welding deformation and stress, and improving installation accuracy;
2. Frame and component mounting holes vary by module E=25mm   (or 20mm);
The internal structure is galvanized and the exterior is electrostatically epoxy powder coated after pickling and phosphating;
3, drawer height modulus standard 200mm   (when the switching current is small, can also be used 160mm, then modulus E be 20mm),     divided into 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 units, 2 units, 2.5 units, 3 units of six series. When the unit circuit current is 630A and above, it is recommended to use fixed insertion or withdrawal type circuit breakers for reliable operation;
4. The drawer functional unit and the door are mechanically interlocked by the operating mechanism of the main switch, so that the door cannot be  when the main switch is in the closed position, and the operating mechanism can be locked in the closed or split position with an external lock. The compartments of the functional units are separated from each other by a metal loose, and drawers are interchangeable and have a working position, a test position and a detachment position. When the drawer is pushed to a certain position, drawer is automatically positioned, and at this time, the drawer can be un-positioned by connecting the drawer's left drawer plate to move to the next position, and the drawer is also equipped with the function of preventing it from falling off when it is withdrawn from  cabinet.
