KYN61-40.5    a.c. metal-enclosed switchgear (also known as 3.5kV center-placed cabinet), 3.5kV center-placed cabinet is processed by CNC machine, adopting multiple folding edges, the protection grade of cabinet is IP4X, and the circuit breaker switch adopts removable switch for convenient maintenance, with perfect five-preventive interlocking function, safe to use. Stable structure, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, maintenance-free and long service life.

1, the shell of the switchgear adopts imported high-quality aluminum zinc plate, double bending molding, by (rivets riveted bolts and rivets  to the nut, the entire cabinet without welding, dimensional accuracy, good stiffness, interchangeability.
2、Cabinet structure adopts assembly type, circuit breaker adopts handcart floor type structure.
3, with the new composite insulation vacuum circuit breaker, and has the interchangeability of good replacement of simple features.
4、The trolley frame is equipped with a wire nut propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the trolley and prevent damage to the propulsion  due to misuse.
5. All normal operations can be carried out with the cabinet door closed.
6. The position of the observation window makes it easy for the observer to observe any working position of the components and key parts that must be monitored. The observation window meets the protection level specified for the enclosure. The lighting in each room can be easily replaced without opening the door.
7. The grounding conductor along the direction of the switchgear is a copper busbar with a cross-section of not less than 240 mm2. All grounding terminals are required for connection to the substation grounding grid (the connection surface is tin-lined). The grounding terminal adopts M12 bolts.
8. Each switchgear cabinet is provided with self-adhesive caption or engraved word plate header, accurately reflecting the purpose and location number of the cabinet.When the switchgear cabinet adopts cable inlet and outlet, the cable room provides enough space and leaves a position for installation and fixing  cable head and zero sequence CT.
10, in the switchgear cabinet instrumentation door unified position set up dynamic simulation indicator map, can accurately and intuitively reflect the position of the switch in the cabinet.
11. All switch cabinets are equipped with a live display device on the front panel that can reflect the presence or absence of voltage on the line side.  the line side is energized, the cover or door of the cabinet is blocked.
12. The interlocking between the main switch, trolley and switchgear door adopts mandatory mechanical interlocking to meet the function  "five precautions"; electrical interlocking is adopted for the parts which are difficult to realize the mechanical "five precautions", such as the part between the mother switchgear and the isolation cabinet.
