1. In recent years, there have been many operational failures and accidents involving combined transformers (referred to as U.S. transformers). It was analyzed that there were potential safety hazards in the application of U.S. transformers in environments. In order to replace the stock of U.S. transformers in operation, a replacement box-type transformer substation was designed as a transitional solution, utilizing the original foundation for direct replacement without affecting the power supply.
2. In order to realize the replacement of the equipment of the U.S. Transformer in operation, three alternatives are now designed and completed in the standard 400kVA,
On the basis of 500kVA and 630kVA Eurovar, the low-voltage isolation switch or the main inlet switch on the low-voltage side is canceled, the compensation is not more than 4 ways, and the compensation capacity is reduced to 15% of the rated capacity, forming an alternative box-type substation.
3, transformer capacity: 400, 500, 630kVA three kinds of capacity. Three kinds of capacity shell dimensions are unified: width (without top) × depth (without top) × height (with top) = 2250 × 1300 × 2430mm.
4. High-voltage only terminal low-meter program: CF.
